N.C.C. primarily aims at the development of personality of students in Leadership, Patriotism, Fraternity and valor so that a balance in their various activities of life could be discernible. The College secures a platoon of N.C.C. where the students are trained as army persons. There are forty parades in a year, among which 30 parades are mandatory. The students are also sent for yearly Training Camps, Parachute Camps, Mountain climbing, Army attachment etc. Cadets from the College represent the State at the Republic Day Parade almost every year.
