Mrs. Pooja Rakhecha joined Institute of Management Studies in 2015. Having a teaching experience that spans over 5 years as Assistant Professor; her research interests include Economics, Banking and Business Laws. After completing MBA in Finance she pursued Masters in Economics.

Mrs. Rakhecha is also associated with Institute of Agri Business Management, Swami Keshwanand Agricultural University as a Visiting Faculty.

She is popular among students not only as a teacher but also as a mentor and counselor. She presently heads the Training and Placement Department and has been a member of various committees and cells.

To facilitate the development of a holistic perspective in the students towards life and profession, and rising need of value education made her attend several workshops on Universal Human Values and Professional Ethics which come under mandatory SIP(Student Induction Program) introduced by AICTE.

Her profound interest in research has made her publish various papers and articles in National and International Journals. She has also participated in various Workshops, Seminars and Conferences.
