Dr. Vinit Mathur is an Associate Professor of Human Resources Management. He joined the Institution in 2010 and his specializations includes Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Ethics and Entrepreneurship.

An alumni of Birla Technical Training Institute, Pilani and Institute of Management Studies, BJSR Jain College, Bikaner , Dr. Mathur completed his Doctoral Research on Social Networking in 2016. He is a recognized resource person with other Institutions including IGNOU, HCM RIPA and has been instrumental in organizing workshops at the Institution.
